Black Pearls are a truely unique gem and your jewellery piece may need to be custom made. Your confirmation email will contain a delivery date for your new pearl jewellery.
At the time of your order, your credit card will not be charged. Your credit card will be processed when your order is ready to ship.

Goods that have been abused or carelessly handled/damaged are not guaranteed and repair/shipping charges will apply.

Goods must be returned via FedEx, marked REPAIR-NO COMMERCIAL VALUE.
Return FedEx charges will be met by Bergman & Sons on goods returned because of a manufacturing fault only. No responsibility is accepted by Bergman & Sons for lost or misdirected shipping from the customer.
Goods returned for exchange must be recieved within 30 days of original shipping date in original condition with all receipts/certificates.
We do not give refunds, goods returned are for exchange only.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, & Diners). Payment can also be made via international money transfer.
Orders may be placed online or by fax & phone. All credit card purchases will be authorised and must be accompanied by a signed, faxed authority provided by Bergman & Sons before goods are shipped.
